Returns & Refunds
We are proud to offer a 30 day returns policy. This means that if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
Please note: Gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs involved in returning your item.
Once your return is received, we will notify you by email that we are processing your return.
Once processed, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you still have not received the credit within 14 days, please email us at: email@example.com & we will immediately look into this for you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:
